Since the long-lived psychobilly band the Quakes formed in the mid-1980s, music trends may have come and gone, but its spring-loaded, down-home groove has remained unchanged. Its umpteenth release rocks with the youthful vigor of a band half its age, with highlights including the call-to-arms "Nothing to Say" and the rockabilly-meets-'60s-pop of "Tearing Up My World."
